Magnesium glycinate
It is formed from elemental magnesium and the amino acid glycine. This amino acid is used by our body to build proteins. It is also found in many protein-rich foods, such as fish, meat, dairy products and pulses. Glycine is often used as a stand-alone food supplement to improve sleep and to treat a variety of inflammatory conditions, including heart disease and diabetes. Magnesium glycinate is readily absorbed - it is the most bioavailable form of magnesium and various studies suggest it is mainly used for muscle cramps, insomnia and restlessness. It is also the best form for relieving general magnesium deficiency. Ingredients: magnesium (magnesium diglycinate), vegetarian capsule (glaseraine pullulan) Directions for use.
