Ilupoe beauty4you.ee (edaspidi Veebipood) omanik on BEAUTY4YOU ESTONIA OÜ

1. Validity of the sales contract, information on goods and prices
   1.1 The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.
   1.2 The prices of the products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. The price shall be subject to a delivery charge, except in the case of promotions, during which delivery shall be free of charge.
   1.3 Delivery charges depend on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the purchaser at the time of placing the order.
   1.4 In Estonia, orders with a total amount (after application of coupons and gift cards) exceeding €55 will be delivered free of charge.
   1.5 When ordering BEAUTY4YOU skin care products abroad (outside Estonia), free shipping shall apply to purchases exceeding 150€ (after application of coupons and gift cards).
   1.6 The information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.
2. Placing an order
   2.1 To place an order, you need to add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the necessary fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the payment, which can be paid via the bank link, will then be displayed on the screen.
   2.2 The goods can be paid via the MONTONIO payment solution and bank links.
   2.3 The contract will enter into force from the moment the amount due is credited to the account of the Online Shop.
   2.4 In the event that the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the Buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivery of the goods) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of the notification.
3. Kohaletoimetamine
   3.1 Kaupu saadetakse Eesti piires.
   3.2 Kaupade kohaletoimetamise kulud kannab ostja, kui tellimuse summa on väiksem kui 55 eurot ja vastav hinnainfo on kuvatud kohaletoimetamise viiside juures.
   3.3 Tellimused postitatakse 1-3 tööpäeva jooksul. Võimalusel saadetakse kaup teele samal või järgmisel päeval. Kui soovite kaupa kiiresti kätte saada, võib selle märkida täiendavatesse märkustesse ning võimalusel saadetakse pakk Veebipoest kiiremini välja.
   3.4 Saadetised jõuavad üldjuhul ostja määratud sihtkohta 1-5 tööpäeva jooksul alates müügilepingu jõustumisest. Erandjuhtudel on õigus kaup kohale toimetada 7 kalendripäeva jooksul.
   3.5 BEAUTY4YOU tooteid ei ole võimalik välismaale tellida läbi veebipoe, kui soovite tooteid tellida välismaale, palun kirjutage oma soovist info@beauty4you.ee.
4. Right of withdrawal

4.1 After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Online Shop within 14 days.
4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
4.3 In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as is permitted for testing the goods in a physical shop.
4.4 The right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the consumer has already used, tampered with or opened the packaging in a manner which can no longer be offered to third parties for health or hygiene reasons.
4.5 To return the goods, the withdrawal request must be sent to info@beauty4you.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the latest.
4.6 The cost of the return is borne by the purchaser, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. wrong or defective item).
4.7 The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the request for return or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within that period.
4.8 Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Shop shall immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request, refund to the buyer all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
4.9 The Online Shop may refuse to make refunds until the return of the goods that are the subject matter of the agreement or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
4.10. If the purchaser has clearly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online shop, the Online shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
4.11. The Online shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and to demand the return of the goods from the purchaser if the price of the goods on the Online shop has been marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
4.12. If the Buyer pays for the order by PayPal, the service fee of which is significantly higher than a normal bank payment, then if the Buyer withdraws from the contract of his own free will and not due to a defect, the service fee that was deducted from the amount of the purchase that reached the Seller will also be deducted from the amount charged to the Buyer.

5. Pretensiooni esitamise õigus
   5.1 Veebipood vastutab ostjale müüdud kauba mittevastavuse või puuduse eest, mis oli olemas juba asja üleandmise hetkel ja mis ilmneb kahe aasta jooksul alates kauba üleandmisest ostjale. Esimese kuue kuu jooksul kauba üleandmisest ostjale eeldatakse, et puudus oli olemas juba kauba üleandmise ajal. Veebipoe kohustus on vastav eeldus ümber lükata.
   5.2 Kuna veebipood müüb looduslikke tooteid, mille säilivusaeg on tavaliselt alla kahe aasta, ei ole võimalik tugineda toote mittevastavusele pärast toote parim enne kuupäeva möödumist.
   5.3 Puuduse ilmnemisel on ostjal õigus hiljemalt kahe kuu jooksul võtta ühendust Veebipoega, saates e-kirja aadressile info@beauty4you.ee või helistades telefonile: +37253784784.
   5.4 Veebipood ei vastuta puuduste eest, mis on tekkinud pärast kauba üleandmist ostjale.
   5.5 Kui Veebipoest ostetud kaubal on puudused, mille eest Veebipood vastutab, parandab või asendab Veebipood puudusega kauba. Kui kaupa ei ole võimalik parandada ega asendada, tagastab Veebipood ostjale kõik müügilepingust tulenevad tasud.
   5.6 Veebipood vastab tarbija kaebusele kirjalikult või kirjalikku taasesitamist võimaldavas vormis 15 päeva jooksul.
   
6. Processing of personal data
   6.1 The online shop will use the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, telephone number, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online shop transfers personal data to companies providing transport services for the purpose of delivering the goods.

7. Vaidluste lahendamine
   7.1 Kui ostjal on Veebipoe kohta kaebusi, tuleb need saata e-posti aadressile info@beauty4you.ee või helistada numbrile +37253784784.
   7.2 Kui ostja ja Veebipood ei suuda vaidlust lahendada kokkuleppe teel, võib ostja pöörduda Tarbijavaidluste komisjoni poole. Menetlustingimustega saab tutvuda ja avaldust esitada Tarbijakaitseameti kodulehel. Tarbijavaidluste komisjon on pädev lahendama ostja ja Veebipoe vahel sõlmitud lepingust tulenevaid vaidlusi. Ostja kaebuse läbivaatamine komisjonis on tasuta.
   
8. Autoriõigus 8.1 BEAUTY4YOU kaubamärk kuulub BEAUTY4YOU ESTONIA OÜ-le. 8.2 Veebilehe ja Veebipoe kujundus, pildid, fotod ja tekstid on kaitstud autoriõigustega ning nende ainukasutusõigus kuulub BEAUTY4YOU ESTONIA OÜ-le. Veebilehe sisu ei tohi reprodutseerida, levitada ega muuta ilma BEAUTY4YOU ESTONIA OÜ kirjaliku loata, sealhulgas blogipostitused ja muud materjalid.
